xCannabis is organizing protest events exclusively for the area of the country known as “The Zion Curtain“. This includes Utah, Idaho and Arizona.

In the past week xCannabis has been present at two Zion Curtain protests for legalization of marijuana. This includes the NORML Tax Day protest at both the Idaho Falls, Idaho main post office, and the Pocatello, Idaho post office.

I encourage more people to protest in the Zion Curtain this Spring and summer. I will be busy starting in June, and going all the way until HempFest Seattle. I may have time for a rally or two. But sparingly.. Im trying to get a plan going for HempFest. Several plans have already fallen through due to lacking capitol.
So I am going to work two jobs this summer and raise more $$.
BTW- So far xCannabis members have donated $70 to NORML. Adam (our chief editor) is the largest member donation still! Good job Adam! We can’t wait to see those TV ads displaying soon! $70 = 875 Television ads!

Report on today’s protests deep behind the Zion Curtain.
Today was an great day! The weather cooperated nicely, most of the people were friendly. It was all that I expected, and I even got a police officer who was willing to waste community resources harassing me ON CAMERA!
I have a little bit of video of the protesting, and I have about 80% of the police confrontation which was really funny! I spoke to the officer like he worked for the community, and not as though he was a big scary guy who could take me to jail.
I knew that I had nothing to worry about, and I had him explaining why he was there harassing me. Which I think is even more testimony of the waste of police resources of the Provo community.
When he approached me, I said “can I give you a flier”? He refused the flier and asked me instead for my ID. In which I refused at first and made him explain why it was necessary. At this point, I told my wife to get the “kop watcher”. She started the tape, and after that it just got funnier. I will post the video when I get back to my editing PC on Sunday night.
I will not file a complaint on this pawn of the system. Instead I will submit it to YouTube for peer review, and Provo tax payers can decide if wasting tax money on wasteful policing of harmless, peaceful protesters is worth their hard earned tax money.
