This is a strange vibe found in just about every social group that illegal or near illegal drugs are a focal point.

When in Utah this week I got a call from an old friend, that I used to party with when I lived there as a teenager.
Im not sure how my number ended up being dialed on her phone that night, especially after 12 years of not seeing her at all.
But, facebook and social networking on the internet is a funny thing.

Here is the thing that is different that most conversations.  In this conversation I got a run down of about 7 people who we knew who are now being referred to, at least by some as snitches.  Including her ex-husband.

Now as I understand it she is clean.  But the strange vibe is still the same.  Lots of conversation about who is a rat and such.

Let me use this situation as an example of a point that I have been wanting to make.

• – The authorities use this kind of division against us.  Haven’t you watched COPS on fox?   The police officer pulls the driver out of the car, and asks him some questions, and then separately speaks to the passenger and tells the passenger in a settle kind of a way that the driver already fessed up, so “just come clean and we’ll go easy on you”.   Then the passenger gets spooked and snitches, thinking he/she has already been ratted out. 
  Just watch the damn show people!  This is a dirty trick that cops have used for decades.
• –  People who are in the drug trade who want to discredit a competitor also will use this and say to one of their friends “So I hear such and such is a snitch, pass it on”.   Watch old mobster movies.  This is just common knowledge.

What I am saying, is don’t let these war creators divide us.  Think of their agenda.  “Why would they say this”.

Also, I always ask for documentation.   I’ll say “Really, were they a witness in the case?  Is there documentation?” 
Anyone can get this information by using a GRAMA request and submitting it to the court.

It is very easy to get information from the courts, and it is your right under the freedom of information act.

This problem isn’t just a Utah problem.  Cops and deviants all over use these shifty, cowardly tactics.
