Less than a month after Kelly Thomas in Orange County CA was killed by police, this brave activist sees cops harassing a homeless man and he jumps into action and films most of the harassment of 4 squad cars, and at least that many cops.

I have gotten word that the one last true coop in Spokane is being raided right now.
Medical Herb Providers at 306 North Freya St., Spokane WA is being raided as we speak.
The report from the store volunteers is that several local cops accompanied by one federal agent is currently in their store detaining the other volunteers and it has been going on for several hours.
I call MHP the one last true coop in Spokane as they are one of few that included the community in so many ways, and allowed for signature gathering at their location for I-1149.
My heart goes out to them, as they blessed our family very much.
In the true community spirit, please get down to MHP and protest this injustice!

The prohibitionists want it to be rescheduled as Schedule II, to give it to Big Pharma (Don Pierce, and John Snaza? both cops).

This is a strange vibe found in just about every social group that illegal or near illegal drugs are a focal point.
When in Utah this week I got a call from an old friend, that I used to party with when I lived there as a teenager.
Im not sure how my number ended up being dialed on her phone that night, especially after 12 years of not seeing her at all.
But, facebook and social networking on the internet is a funny thing.
Here is the thing that is different that most conversations. In this conversation I got a run down of about 7 people who we knew who are now being referred to, at least by some as snitches. Including her ex-husband.
Now as I understand it she is clean. But the strange vibe is still the same. Lots of conversation about who is a rat and such.
Let me use this situation as an example of a point that I have been wanting to make.
What I am saying, is don’t let these war creators divide us. Think of their agenda. “Why would they say this”.
Also, I always ask for documentation. I’ll say “Really, were they a witness in the case? Is there documentation?”
Anyone can get this information by using a GRAMA request and submitting it to the court.

It is very easy to get information from the courts, and it is your right under the freedom of information act.

I have so much respect for these fine patriots who have a conscience. Some cops are not corrupt, some cops have been corrupt but miraculously recover and repent, and then there are those who are still corrupt and may always be corrupt.
John Stossel interviews Detroit’s police chief Jerry Oliver who points out that since the dealing of drugs is between willing buyers and sellers, the War on Drugs forces cops to use deceit to catch those dealing drugs. Despite all the law enforcement resources put into fighting the drug war, availability of drugs is just as high as before the drug war began.
Video showing the police acting like pot dealers on the street baiting customers into buying pot from a fake dealer. Most of the allegid buyers are looking for less than $25 worth of weed. Some of these ‘offenders’ get their car seized, or more.
Yet there are no less drug users now, than before the drug war started. Why are we losing the war on drugs? Why in the Netherlands, where drugs are essentially legalized and sold in legal cafe’s do they have less users than we have in the USA?
The drug war is a lost cause.
