Jury Nullification or Mutiny?

I have heard a lot about this from former drug enforcement officer Barry Cooper, it’s called jury nullification.
This is proof that it works!  If the people of the jury refuse to pass judgment, deal sealed.  Prohibition is as much as over at that point.
The courts won’t continue to waste money on trials that do not end up in a conviction and instead only waste money.

A marijuana mutiny? According to a prosecutor in Missoula County, Mont., potential jurors made it clear they wouldn’t convict anyone for possessing a few buds of pot. District Judge Dusty Deschamps found it impossible to seat a jury, and decided to work out a plea bargain for the man in question, Touray Cornell, instead.
